3.5mm Aux Port Notice: The QCY Travel H3S does not feature a 3.5mm AUX jack and does not support standard 3.5mm audio cables. Wired connection is supported strictly via Type-C (Type-C audio cable sold separately).
Codec & Spatial Audio Behavior: Enabling 360° Spatial Sound automatically disables the LDAC codec. LDAC is supported on compatible Android devices (iOS devices default to standard codecs).
Battery Care: Please fully charge the headset prior to first use. Recharge if unused for over two weeks. Always use chargers from qualified manufacturers.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Power & Connection
- Headphones will not turn on: Press the power button and check if the LED light illuminates. If inactive, connect the included Type-C cable to a USB power source to charge.
- Cannot connect / Bluetooth error: Delete the previous pairing record on your phone, turn Bluetooth off and on, then search and pair again.
- Headphones not connecting to the QCY App: Set the application language to English in your phone settings prior to launching the app and connecting the headset.
Audio & Calls
- No sound during calls or music (Android): Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, tap the gear icon next to "QCY H3S", toggle Media Audio and Call Audio off and back on. If unresolved, unpair and reconnect.
- Stuttering or intermittent sound: High concentrations of Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, or heavy electrical interference can affect signal stability. Move away from interference sources or repair the headset.
- Video/Audio lag: Minor latency can occur depending on network conditions, environment, or device codec. For gaming, enable the 60ms Low Latency mode in the QCY App.
Firmware Updates
- Updating firmware: Open the QCY App, navigate to Device > Settings > Firmware Upgrade. If the app states no update is available, your headset is already running the latest version.
