I am satisfied with the suitcase, 5 stars, but I had to pay 21 EUR in customs duties in Germany. The seller may have... no customs clearance completed. That was my first time using Aliexpress. Aliexpress should please look into this matter!

Received broken... bad seller, bad quality. We bought another one, and the other luggage never arrived after 4 months, the seller does not want to return funds. Bad bad seller. Authorities reached for such a scammer
We did not receive the package after 4 months of purchasing the luggage. The tracking does not exist in correos, like the seller claims... so its not possible to receive it, since we cannot do custom clearance. We asked for refund politely, the seller did not want to give us our money back. We purchased in november 2025, its march 2026, 4 months delay... aliexpress did not want to give us our money either, unbelievable. We will go to police for this scam and no more aliexpress. Authorities will be reach.

The bag is amazing and its packaging was excellent. It was written that delivery would take a month, but I contacted the seller because I was traveling soon and was worried it wouldn't arrive. They responded and delivered it 12 days before the scheduled date 😍
