– Returns requested after 30 days from delivery

– Products showing signs of misuse or intentional damage

– Items not purchased directly from Jetvance

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund, please email contact@jetvance.com with the following details:

– Your order number

– A clear reason for the return (so we know what the issue is and how we can improve)

– Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.
